Book Clubs

The Roslyn Library supports two book clubs, an evening meeting and a morning meeting. These are small and informal groups of book-lovers that meet at the library each month to discuss the book they have chosen to read. The Roslyn Library tries to provide multiple copies of the chosen books.

Book selections include non-fiction, classics, popular fiction, science fiction and historical fiction, to name a few.

Please join one or both of these lively groups at any time during the year. Book discussions are held at the following times:

  • Thurday Evening Book Club Meets on the First Thursday of the Month at 5:00 pm at the Roslyn Library.
    • November's Read is "A Complicated Kindness" by Miriam Toews.
  • Up the Down Bookcase Book Club Meets at 10:00 am and will be meeting at Base Camp's back patio for coffee and discussion on the last Monday of the month.
    • November's Read is "The Emblem" by Alisa Weis.
